We provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT), lifestyle counseling, and supplement recommendations via a telemedicine platform. Services are only available to individuals residing in California, Florida, Texas, and Pennsylvania, where Dr. Joseph Sims holds an active medical license.
We do not offer emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Reside in CA, FL, TX, or PA
Consent to receive telemedicine care
Understand that we operate on a cash-only basis (we do not bill insurance)
3. Telemedicine Consent
By using our services, you agree to receive medical care via telemedicine, including video consultations, secure messaging, and electronic prescriptions. You acknowledge that:
You may experience limitations in diagnosis or treatment compared to in-person care
You can stop telemedicine at any time
All communication is conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
A separate informed consent form will be provided prior to the start of care.
4. Payments and Refunds
All services are self-pay (cash, credit card, or HSA/FSA if eligible). We do not submit insurance claims on your behalf.
Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and follow all applicable HIPAA regulations. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal health information is handled.
6. Supplement and Lifestyle Advice
Any advice regarding supplements or lifestyle interventions is intended to support—not replace—medical care. You should always discuss new supplements or changes in lifestyle with your primary care physician.
